Pro Tour: Net Zero, Renovated Warehouse Suites in New York's Capital Region

NESEA kicks off its 2025 Pro Tour Series with an event showcasing a formerly vacant commercial building transformed into an all-electric, net zero co-warehousing facility. Tour host Rosenblum Development Corp. is sharing an overview of this project with the NESEA community in the hopes it will serve as a replicable example of how to approach rehabilitating older warehouse spaces.

This event will begin with an opening workshop discussing the history, goals, and design | construction strategies of the project. Attendees will then break into small groups to tour the facility while hearing more from the interdisciplinary team of experts who made the building possible. After the tour, a reception and Q&A session will give attendees the opportunity to talk with speakers and each other.
