3Q Innovation always begins R&D for an energy talent pipeline program by helping clients accurately assess talent requirements via a formal needs assessment exercise. Next up is development of a comprehensive strategy and implementation plan that (at a minimum) outlines clean energy training requirements, capstone assignment opportunities, potential talent resource partners, and appropriate on-boarding program structures.
Only after both of these formal R&D exercises are complete does 3Q Innovation begin the process of researching and developing custom clean energy education products or implementation of a clean energy talent pipeline program for clients.
