Join NESEA for a behind-the-scenes Pro Tour of a new, 124 unit affordable passive housing development in Salem, MA. This project is being built for Passive House certification, and will include flood-resistant features to help to protect occupants from coastal climate events. In addition to the housing, the project includes amenity spaces and is adjacent to a public park.
