Electrifying a NYC Co-op

One of the toughest challenges for the building industry is devising pathways for deep energy retrofits that are both economical and feasible. This is even more challenging in co-ops, as these buildings are managed by a board of members who vote on rules, policies and changes to them.

Join Urban Green Council in the third event of their Energy Upgrades in Historic Buildings series to examine a 10-unit co-op built in 1926 and the challenges of upgrading the co-op's envelope and converting its fossil fuel boiler to a heat pump.

  10. How Can You Access and Correct Your Information? You may request access to all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain in our database by emailing us using the contact form provided to you within the site structure of our website.
