This process, known as electrification, will bring a heating revolution to the New York City multifamily building sector - one that will also require a comprehensive and coordinated effort from NYC government and industry.

More than 40 advisors from real estate, energy efficiency, HVAC manufacturing, utility and government sectors were consulted to learn why so few NYC multifamily buildings have invested in retrofits to date.
