 YC Capital Process Reform Task Force includes industry experts and agency 
 leaders working together to address every phase of the delivery process\, 
 from planning and procurement to construction and closeout. \n\nThis progr
 am will explain NYC’s capital process reform initiatives\, in dialogue wit
 h city officials\, architects\, and industry professionals committed to de
 signing and building better public projects. Many of these changes are at 
 the city level\, but the most impactful require state legislation. In this
  event\, there will be a deep dive into the modernization efforts at each 
 phase of work as well as how these initiatives can reduce barriers for ent
 ry within the design and construction industry.
